Alicia, Thanks for another fantastic time at Casa Koyari (3 years in a row)! We stayed there February 13, 2013 through February 21, 2013. We are already starting our plans for 2014! Everything is "A+" rating and it is great having an actual home at your finger tips. Casa Koyari is so affordable for a weeks vacation and feel sorry for people when they stay at a hotel/time share for ridiculous prices ($700 - $900 a night). Casa Koyari is a place for you!

What a wonderful vacation curtesy of this great house. Beautifully decorated and comfortable as can be, Casa Koyari left out nothing. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Casa Koyari is a great place to stay while in Aruba. It is close to everything you want to do, probably a little too close to casinos for me! The house had everything we could want. The kitchen even had a programmable coffee maker so we had fresh coffee waiting for us every morning when we woke. The outdoor grill was a huge hit and we grilled out a few nights. It was pretty hot during our stay and the tradewinds were non-existent, but the outdoor ceiling fan over the dining table really kept it cool and enjoyable. The bedrooms were all very nicely decorated and the beds very comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to hang our clothes in the bedroom closets. The 2nd refrigerator in the laundry room was great to have and we kept our beer and bottled water there and just grabbed it and packed them in the coolers that were also in the same room which leads to the carport. It was the ultimate in convenience. We used the masks and snorkel gear provided and the beach chairs were fantastic because they even had a built- in cooler and have straps so you can carry them as a backpack. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus as well. Our favorite part was showering off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The grounds were beautiful and the neighborhood quiet and safe. We met a few of the neighbors walking around and you really feel like you�re a local staying at Casa Koyari. All in all it was a fantastic trip and I hope to return next year. The property managers, Albert and Gemma could not have been any more accommodating or professional.

We returned to Casa Koyari this year because we had such a great time last year. While last year I went with my kids, Mom and sister and brother and wife , this year it was just myself and my wife and one other couple. The owners had made several improvements to the house that we immediately noticed including beautiful landscaping and a new outdoor shower which we used every day to clean up after the beach. We also noticed an outdoor ceiling fan over the dining table that cooled down the temperature by about 15 degrees and made those nights we chose to dine outside a pleasure. The beds were very comfortable and the linens look to be new. The kitchen continues to be fully-stocked and we even found a Panini maker to make sandwiches for the beach. We rented a SUV to explore the island and went to the Natural Pool, Arikok Park, Baby and Arashi Beaches. At the owner’s recommendation, we tried Amuse Bistro and it was great. We also tried Texas de Brazil and Matthew’s. It was another relaxing and enjoyable stay and we look forward to hopefully returning next year. Albert from Michigan.

We stayed here in October with another couple that had stayed at Casa Koyari previously. We were looking for an affordable way to visit Aruba, yet have plenty of room and privacy. Vacation villas are the way to go. For the price of two hotel nights, we had a beautiful and huge villa for a week with every amenity you can think of. We enjoyed dining outside on the lanai, grilling on the wonderful outdoor kitchen and using all the beach gear (chairs, snorkels, coolers) to explore the island. Every morning we would pour a cup of coffee and walk around the neighborhood which is very quiet and safe. We really felt like we owned a home in the tropics. The house was very clean and well-maintained and is beautifully decorated. You can see the pride the owners take in it. The beds were comfortable and we found we didn�t even need to turn on the air-conditioner because the ceiling fans really cooled the rooms off. We loved having a laundry room and actually washed all our clothes before we left. The back fridge is great for keeping non-food items such as Balashi beer! The management company was also fantastic and were waiting to greet us at the villa despite our flight being very late. We�re already talking to the other couple about returning next year and with luck, we will be back. Erik from Osnabrück Germany.
